That's why we chose her to buy our first ever house, and why we asked her to help us sell that same house when we needed to leave the area. Leah originally suggested a sale price of $329K but after seeing our pre-sale improvements she suggested increasing the price to $340K. The house sold in 2 days for $350K!

My husband and I just bought our first house, Leah was our realtor. We had certain requirements and she guided us in the right direction when looking for our dream home. Mission impossible with specific location, size, and garage was found in a matter of days thanks to Leah. During an otherwise stressful period of life, this experience was anything but that! If you are looking for a hard-working agent who will go above and beyond to help you with your real estate dreams, then Leah is who you want to call. She had her work cut out for herself with our family, as we did not know where we wanted to buy, what we were really looking for, or when we’d be ready to take the next step. She was incredibly patient, and when we finally found the one, she was all-in and ready to make it happen. She was also tasked with helping us get our current home ready to sell and was quick with the positives and gentle with what we could do to make our home ready to show and sell so that we’d get the most for it. With 40 showings in just 3 days, and 20+ offers, we’re confident that we got the best we were going to get and we owe that to Leah’s diligence and determination. We couldn’t recommend her more for either side of the process you’re on!

She also helped highlight the positives in my mother's house and listed it within a few days after we met. Leah went above and beyond to make contacts in our behalf and walk us through each step of this stressful process. Both houses sold within a week of each other. Leah Landis has been and just is, amazingly fantastic. I can’t even begin to say enough. She’s persistently patient with our novice questions, she’s unwaveringly positive and hopeful, and yet she’s authentic and humorous and so down to earth and easy going and practical.
